We perform every service to the highest industry standards and, therefore, must stand behind our no refund policy. Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. We request that you contact us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with your result and return to the office for further advice.
In the event that a completed service or no-show charge is claimed as fraudulent or unrecognized, we provide the necessary documentation from your appointment and your IP address to show that this was a legitimate transaction.
