Ms. Ashley Figaro has been involved in the field of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine since 2014 after graduating from West Virginia University. While there, she obtained her bachelors degree in Athletic Training and worked along side team physicians to deliver care to Division I collegiate athletes across all different sports. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Las Vegas in Nevada. During that time, she served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Football and Tennis programs, while also working along side the Medical Staff of the USA Gymnastics team and volunteering for community events. Ms. Figaro went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Clinical Medical Sciences at Barry University and obtained her Physician Assistant Certification in December 2018. She has extensive training in managing acute and chronic orthopedic patients and enjoys building a rapport and getting to know her patients. She works closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, and other specialists to optimize outcomes for pain patients. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her family including her pup Riley and enjoying the outdoors.
